More Tolkien?

First there is a new Tolkien book coming out (probably sometime in 2007)

There is also news that the Hobbit movie project may be moving forward, though Peter Jackson in a recent interview commented that he has yet to be contacted about the project, but that he does know of the moving forward in the planning phases of the project. I am going to predict that if the Hobbit does indeed materialize, that it will make an enormous amount of money, possibly topping RotK's $1.2 billion gross.
