Next Tolkien Movie NOT the Hobbit?

Due to release sometime next month, a work of J.R.R. Tolkien's called The Children of Hurin is coming to bookstores. What is interesting is that it is also the subject of movie talk, as the Hobbit is still a great debate between New Line, MGM, and the other numerous parties involved. I'm excited for the book, but a movie would also be a pretty sweet deal.
