Here are some interesting movie tidbits I have read about this past week:

- They are making another movie about the board game 'Clue' from the director of the Pirates of the Caribbean. Here is a blurb from the press release:

"Clue" is one of the few board games to surpass $1 billion in sales, in more than 50 markets. It was developed in England by a retired legal clerk named Anthony Pratt during WWII and released in 1948.
A previous film version was released in 1985.
Clue will be turned into a mystery that Blind Wink's Jonathan Krauss called "A global thriller and transmedia event that uses deductive reasoning as its storytelling engine."

- If Christopher Nolan ever decides to hang up the suit with Batman, apparently there is a heir apparent in Zach Snyder, the director of 300 and the upcoming Watchmen.

- Ridley Scott is making a movie about Robin Hood with Russel Crowe and Cate Blanchett starring

- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 2 part movie has release dates of November 19, 2010 and July 15, 2011.
