Transforming my Summer Movies reviews

So I have seen quite a few of the summer movies to come out so far. And the highlight of all those movies definitely has to be... Transformers! I know that from trailers and general skepticism that I wasn't the most excited person to see this movie going in. But I went to the first showing at the Cinerama on Monday, July 2nd. And the movie was just awesome! It had some great comedy, action, and robots all rolled into one entertaining summer blockbuster. I would definitely give this movie an A, only gripe was that sometimes it was hard to tell who was fighting in some of the robot fight scenes.

Transformers: A

Ocean's Thirteen: B Funny, way better than 12, but not nearly as good as 11.

Knocked Up: B+ Reminded me of 40 year old virgin a lot, the ending was overhyped for me.

Pirates: B A lot better than 2, battle scenes were pretty cool, but like spider-man it felt a bit dragged out.

Shrek the Third: B Entertaining, but really lacked the amazing ending that made 2 so good.

Spider-man 3: B Good movie, but did drag a bit. Venom storyline was almost a bit rushed for me.
